Programs

Three programs.
One standard of work.

The disputes are identical in all three. What you are choosing is how long the engagement runs, how much of me you get, and what happens after the file is clean.

Core is not right for every file. I will tell you on the review.

Credit Comeback: Complete
$2,199
Total program. 6 months plus the build-out.

Everything in Direct, plus

  • The funding build-out once the personal file is clean
  • Entity structure review, EIN and DUNS, business banking
  • Business credibility setup and vendor accounts
  • Lender-order planning session
  • Mortgage-readiness review against what underwriting reads
  • Dedicated support on your day to day
  • Expedited document handling
Talk through Complete

Sequencing and structure, not funding placement.

Payment plans are available on every program. Working with a spouse or partner on the same goal? There is a couples rate on Direct and Complete. Both are worked out on the review call, because the right one depends on your file and your timeline.

I take a limited number of new files each month, 12 to 15 across all three programs. I am the one building your dispute sequence and running your rounds, so I cap it to keep the work done right rather than done fast.

The disputes do not change
between programs.

There is no version of this where a cheaper program gets weaker letters, easier items, or a less experienced hand. There is one way I work a file and every client gets it.

What the price actually buys is time, access, and what happens after.

  • All three bureaus. Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion, every round. Not one bureau at a time.
  • A live report review. Your actual file, on a screen share, item by item.
  • A sequence built for your file. What goes first, what waits, what does not get touched.
  • Every valid inaccuracy challenged. Under FCRA 1681e(b), 1681i, and 1681s-2, on the basis that actually applies.
  • Round 2 and beyond. A verified response is not the end of the argument, it is a different argument. This is where most files stall and it is included at every level.
  • All the correspondence. Letters out, responses in, both directions handled.
  • Written results. What went out, what came back, item by item, bureau by bureau.
  • Do-no-harm coaching. The moves that quietly undo a round, and how to avoid them.
  • Credit monitoring, set up and read. So you can see the file change as it changes.
  • Credit Freedom Academy. Yours from day one, and included with every program for as long as you are a client.

Total value
$4,800

Core carries the same base at a stated value of $2,100. Complete adds the funding build-out, dedicated support, and the mortgage-readiness review, at a stated value of $7,950. Each program prices in at well under half of what it delivers.

Which one is
actually yours.

Picking the wrong one wastes your money and my time. Here is how I sort it on the review call, written out so you can sort it yourself first.

01

Core is for you if

  • Your file has a handful of items, not a wall of them
  • Nothing is on a clock. No closing date, no funding window
  • You are preparing for an apartment, an auto loan, or just want the file right
  • A monthly written update is enough contact for you

Core is not for you if you have a deadline inside 6 months, a file with several collections or charge-offs, or you already tried this yourself and stalled. I will say so on the call rather than take the money.

02

Direct is for you if

  • There is a date. A mortgage, a refi, a closing, a funding window
  • Your file has real weight on it and needs more than three rounds
  • You tried DIY or a mill and it went quiet on you
  • You want to be able to pick up the phone and get me

This is the default recommendation and it is what most clients are on. If you are not sure between two programs, it is almost always this one.

03

Complete is for you if

  • You own a business, or you are about to
  • The point of fixing the personal file is getting to capital
  • You want the entity, the banking, and the credit file built, not just explained
  • You would rather one project than two

What Complete is not: I am not a lender and I am not a broker. I build the structure and plan the order you approach lenders in. The approval decision belongs to them.

The guarantee

I work the file.
You hear from me.

Every program carries the same promise about the work: every round gets worked, and every valid inaccuracy on your file gets challenged under the FCRA until our process is complete. What changes between programs is how often you hear from me, so the promise about silence changes with it.

Core

A written report every month showing exactly what went out and what came back, good news or not. If a month ever goes by with no report from me during an active round, your next round is on me.

Direct

A real update from me every round, and you can reach me directly the whole way. If I ever go dark on you for more than 10 business days during an active round, your next round is on me.

Complete

Everything in Direct, plus dedicated support on the day to day, so your questions get handled ahead of the queue rather than in it. If I ever go dark on you for more than 10 business days during an active round, your next round is on me.

This is a promise about the work and the communication, not about your score. No one can guarantee a credit score, a deletion, or an approval, and any company that tells you otherwise is misleading you. Whether an item comes off is decided by the bureau and the furnisher under the FCRA, not by us. We do not remove accurate, current, verifiable information. "Until our process is complete" means the stated program term, not a guaranteed outcome.

The answers,
plainly.

If yours is not here, ask it on the review call. I would rather answer it before you pay than after.

The dispute work is identical. Every program gets the full three-bureau review, the custom sequence, every valid inaccuracy challenged, all the correspondence, and written results. Core runs 90 days and 3 rounds with monthly reporting. Direct runs the full 6-month term, adds my direct line, priority handling, a strategy call every round, and funding-readiness coaching. Complete adds the funding build-out at the end, dedicated support on the day to day, a lender-order planning session, and a mortgage-readiness review.

A bureau has 30 days to investigate a dispute under FCRA 1681i. Once you add mailing and processing, a round runs about 30 to 45 days. Most files take several rounds.

Past that I do not give timelines, because I do not control how the bureaus or the furnishers respond. What I control is that the rounds keep going and that you know where the file is after each one.

No, and neither can anyone else. Any company promising you a specific score, a specific deletion, or a specific approval is misleading you, and under federal law they are also breaking it.

What I guarantee is the work and the communication. Every round gets worked, every valid inaccuracy gets challenged, and you see exactly what went out and what came back.

Yes. You have the right to dispute inaccurate information on your credit reports yourself, for free, directly with the bureaus. For one or two simple items, that often works, and I will tell you so on the review if that is what I see.

Where DIY usually stops is round 2. The first letter opens the investigation and the easy items come off. Then the harder ones come back verified, and most people read that as final. It is not final, it is a different argument, and knowing how to make that argument is what you are hiring.

Anything reporting inaccurately, incompletely, or in a way the furnisher cannot verify. In practice that means collections, charge-offs, late payments, repossessions, evictions, student loan reporting, and inquiries you did not authorize.

What cannot be disputed away is accurate, current, verifiable information, and nobody can require its removal. Whether an item comes off is decided by the bureau and the furnisher, not by me.

The price shown is the total program price. Not monthly, not a deposit, not a starting-from figure.

Payment plans are available on every program and are set up on the review call. Your written agreement states the total of all payments, the schedule, and a full description of the services before you sign anything.

Say so on the call. It is a normal thing to say and it does not end the conversation.

There are three real options and none of them is me dropping the price. A payment plan spreads it out. Core is a lower entry point if your file genuinely suits it. And if the timing is the problem rather than the amount, we can line the start up with when your money actually lands.

What I will not do is put you into a program that is wrong for your file because it is the one you can afford this week. If that is the situation, I will tell you what to do on your own in the meantime and you can come back when it makes sense.

Yes, every round, on every program. Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion. An item can report differently across all three, and that inconsistency is often the exact thing that makes it disputable under FCRA 1681e(b).

Neither. RSC Credit Freedom Solutions is not a law firm, a lender, a broker, or a credit counseling agency, and we do not approve, arrange, or guarantee financing of any kind. The funding work in Complete is structure and sequencing. The lending decision belongs to the lender.

Not sure which one your file needs?

That is exactly what the free review is for. I look at the actual report and tell you which program fits, including when the answer is none of them.

30 minutes. No cost, no card. I will tell you honestly if I do not think I can help.
