Not sure where you actually stand?

Book the free Credit Fit Review. We identify your goal, deadline, previous attempts, and the major obstacles on your report, then determine which path fits. You decide what to do next.

  • About 30 minutes
  • No cost, no card
  • No obligation to enroll
  • A straight answer either way

What are you working toward?

Nobody wants a credit score for its own sake. They want the thing on the other side of it. Pick the one that is yours.

Front entry of a Florida home

A home of your own

Lenders read the report before they read you. The work starts there.

Business funding

Personal credit is the first thing an underwriter pulls, even for a business file.

Rates that stop costing you

The same loan is priced differently depending on what your report says.

Two vehicles parked in a residential driveway

A car without a co-signer

Financing that is not built around somebody else's signature.

An application that clears

Rentals, utilities, and insurance all read the same file a lender does.

Knowing where you stand

An accurate report, and a plain answer about what is on it.

RSC Credit Freedom Solutions

Take control of your credit,
and what it unlocks.

RSC is a done-for-you credit repair practice. The disputes, the tracking, and the follow-up are handled for you. You are not mailing letters, sitting on hold with a bureau, or guessing what to send next month.

Every file runs the same way. Your report gets read line by line. Valid inaccuracies are challenged under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. At the end of each round you get a written summary of what moved and what did not.

  • One operator on your file, start to finish. You are never handed off, and you always know who you are talking to.
  • Written progress at your program cadence. Monthly for Community Repair and each round for private Direct service.
  • A straight answer, including when it is no. Some files do not need this service, and you will be told so.

Four moves, in this order.

The order is the job. Disputing everything at once is what gets a file stalled.

01

Initial investigation

Your report gets pulled apart line by line. Errors, outdated accounts, and items with no proof behind them get flagged, and the first round goes out.

Days 1 to 5
02

The bureaus answer

They have 30 to 45 days to respond. Every answer gets logged against what was actually sent, so nothing quietly disappears.

Days 30 to 45
03

Escalation

Anything returned as verified without real proof gets escalated, to the bureau and to the creditor directly, and to the regulators where that is warranted.

Next round
04

You get it in writing

A plain summary of what moved, what did not, and what happens next. No jargon, and no need to ask.

This is the board your file sits on.

Every item, every bureau, every round, with its current status. You see it at each update rather than hearing that things are moving along.

Illustration of the tracking format. Whether any item is removed is decided by the bureau and the furnisher under the FCRA. Individual results vary.

See the full process

What gets challenged.

If it is on your report and it cannot be verified the way the law requires, it gets disputed. Here is what that usually covers.

Late payments

Reported lates that the furnisher cannot substantiate with an accurate payment record.

Collections

Third-party collection accounts, including ones sold on repeatedly with no clean chain behind them.

Charge-offs

Accounts written off by the original creditor and still reporting with inconsistent balances or dates.

Hard inquiries

Pulls with no permissible purpose behind them, or ones you never authorized in the first place.

Repossessions

Voluntary and involuntary repossessions carrying deficiency balances that do not reconcile.

Student loans

Defaulted and transferred loans reporting duplicate balances or the wrong status after rehabilitation.

Public records

Bankruptcies, judgments, and liens reported without the verification the bureaus are required to hold.

Accounts that are not yours

Mixed files, identity errors, and accounts attached to a name or address that never belonged to you.

Disputing an item is not the same as removing it. Whether anything comes off is decided by the credit bureau and the furnisher under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, not by RSC. Accurate, current, verifiable information is not disputed and is not removed. Individual results vary. You have the right to dispute your own report directly with the bureaus, for free.

The receipts

Actual files. Actual movement.

Client credit-monitoring summaries, three bureaus, exactly as they came back. Shared with permission.

Client three-bureau credit-monitoring summary showing score changes across Equifax, Experian and TransUnion after dispute rounds
Client three-bureau re-import summary showing score changes after dispute rounds
Client three-bureau re-import summary showing score changes after dispute rounds

These are real client credit-monitoring summaries shared with permission. Individual results vary and are not typical or guaranteed. Whether an item comes off is decided by the bureau and the furnisher under the FCRA, not by us, and we do not remove accurate, current, verifiable information.

Application path. Required monitoring is separate at $39/month.

During Founding Member pricing, the total monthly commitment is $116: $77 to RSC plus separate required $39 SmartCredit monitoring. The future standard total is $136 when new-member pricing becomes $97/month. SmartCredit supports current three-bureau reports, between-round comparison, progress tracking, and next-round planning.

You will never wonder
what is happening.

Every path has a defined service rhythm. Community Repair receives standardized work, written monthly progress, and a strict 15-minute recap. Direct clients receive private round updates and direct access during the active term.

For a private Direct client, if I go dark for more than 10 business days during an active round, the next round is on me.

This is a promise about defined work and communication, not about your score. Whether an item changes is decided by the bureau and the furnisher under the FCRA. We do not remove accurate, current, verifiable information. SmartCredit monitoring is separate at $39/month.

Nobody can guarantee a credit score. That includes us.

Anyone promising a number, a deletion, or an approval is guessing. What can be promised is the work: a defined review, a documented service sequence, and written communication according to the program you choose.

You also have the right to dispute inaccurate information on your report yourself, for free, directly with the bureaus. RSC is the option for people who would rather have it handled properly than handle it themselves.

Who you are working with

The person reading your report
is the person you spoke to.

Michael Charles runs RSC Credit Freedom Solutions. He does the report review, builds the dispute sequence, sends each round, and writes the update you get at the end of it.

That is on purpose. Passing a file down a chain is how items get missed, and how people end up explaining their own report to somebody who has never opened it.

  • Works every file personally, from the first review to the last round
  • Disputes built on the Fair Credit Reporting Act, not letter templates
  • Credit repair and business funding consulting, run as one practice
  • Based in St. Petersburg, Florida, working with clients nationwide

Before you choose a path,
let me review the fit.

The free 30-minute Credit Fit Review identifies your goal, deadline, previous attempts, and the major obstacles on your report. I use that to recommend Community, Direct, Complete, or a step you can take on your own.

The call is for diagnosis and prescription. It is not a complete DIY coaching session. You leave with a clear next step and an honest read on whether RSC is the right fit.

Not ready for a call? Start with the 5-Letter Dispute Sequence.

Bring a current three-bureau report if you have one. If you use SmartCredit for the review, the call is still free. SmartCredit is separate from RSC, can begin with a $1 trial, and renews at $39/month according to its terms. RSC may receive an affiliate commission. If you do not enroll with RSC, you can cancel SmartCredit directly with SmartCredit.

What we cover

  • The goal behind this: homebuying, a refi, funding, a car, or a denial.
  • Your timeline, if there is one. A deadline changes the recommendation.
  • What you have already tried and what did not work.
  • The report obstacles that need attention, without a promise about the outcome.
  • The support level that fits the work and your goal.
